Hi everyone,

We have a group of 10 (6 adults, 3 kids, 1 baby) and are looking for any recommendations for private transportation from Homewood Suite next to MCO to Port Canaveral and back to MCO. I called Happy Limo and was quoted $306 roundtrip plus gratuities plus $80 for the four car seats (so about $400 plus tip) for a 10 passenger van.

Does anyone know of a cheaper rate from a reliable company? Thanks in advance.

My cruise isn't until 2018 so I haven't personally used them but try Mears Transportation.

fltours.com has been recommended here though we haven't used them yet. They are $230 - no charge for car seats - for a 10 passenger van.

Make sure you account for the luggage you need too! That is 10 persons worth of luggage, and I doubt anyone wants to hold it in their laps so long. I think that cost quoted for happy limo is about half as much as it would cost from Disney.

Thank you for all the suggestions. I'll reach out to those companies today to see what they say. That's a good point about luggage. It's only a four night cruise so I'm hoping we don't have too much luggage, but yeah, these things can get out of hand sometimes.

In case anyone is interested, here is what I was quoted:

Happy Limo: $386 rt plus tip (includes $80 for four child seats, but that's not guaranteed)

Mears: $500 rt including tip (includes child seats)

fltours: $380 rt plus tip (includes child seats)

Hot Rayz: $600 rt for a SUV limo (no child seats fit in the limo)

Florida Sunshine Shuttle: $250 rt (includes tip and one child seat, but not guaranteed)

I've used Ace and Happy limo. Both provided transportation for 11. Was happy with both companies.

Check Orlando Transfer - Sergio is the owner. We used them for airport transfers to Universal in March and we were discussing how much of his business was in Orlando vs to the ports. He quoted us great rates for their port service. I don't remember the cost but I remember thinking it was the best price I had heard. We usually cruise with 10 and just rent 2 minivans/cars one way each way through Costco and come out less than $400 total. He was definitely less than that. And his customer service was excellent! I'm not sure about car seats as we have (finally!) out grown booster seats in our family!

Thanks for all the additional suggestions. I checked Orlando Transfer as well and their quote is $240 rt plus gratuities (they recommend 20% so it comes out to about $290).

Do they not make just regular corporate looking interior limos anymore? We're taking my wife's parents in March and all we could find are limos that have the bachelor party (neon lights and dancing pole) interiors in the limos. If anyone knows of company that has limo with just seats and a classy interior, please let me know. Thanks

I think Tiffany Towncar could help you. Their website is down for maintenance right now, but it has a number to call and ask. We've used their Lincoln Towncar service at least a dozen times and we've been very happy with them!
