Private Resort?

While I was looking at satalite pictures of Walt Disney World I noticed these buildings that I had never seen on any map. http://www.google.com/maphp?hl=en&q=&ie=UTF8&t=h&om=0&ll=28.35889,-81.537352&spn=0.008724,0.014462 It looks like there is a small wave pool and lazy river. It is between Caribean Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. Does anyone know what it is?

Okay, if you look to the south, it didn't appear in the Google image, that's part of a larger complex. That again, I have not dea what it is (dorms for the college kids?) that they are building or is probably done by now.

It's the new Bonnet Creek resort. It's not Disney owned. Has Fairfield timeshares, and will eventually have a Waldorf Astoria hotel and Hilton hotel.

The past few times we have been down there my husband and I joke that we want to take a look around there. It seems so strange how it is in the middle of Disney property.

Yeah it's a piece of property where most of it is sort of back behind the Caribbean Beach and Pop Century, but Disney was never able to acquire it. And then once it fell into the hands of a developer, Disney of course had to give them a right of way, an entrance somewhere. So they picked Buena Vista Drive, probably because that makes for the longest and most inconvenient entrance, hehe, just my speculation there.
