Private parties/dinners

Has anyone ever booked a private party while at WDW? Who did you make the arraingements with? Would you mind sharing some details?

we did a big family trip back in 2000 & had a private buffet dinner at the attic at the boardwalk. we also did a group golf outing & my aunt did a private childrens party for one of my younger cousins birthdays at the arcade at the boardwalk.

this march we are hosting a dinner in a private room at the rainforest cafe dtd for our welcome party for our wdw wedding. which i made directly with the rainforest cafe & then later that week a private dessert party at illuminations which is handled by my wedding planner at disney fairytale weddings.

if you have the means $ disney can make it happen.
