Private Dining

i'm trying to set up a private dining experience with my DW to be and i was hoping for some ideas. can anyone help?

I read a wonderful thread last night re: Private Dining. I was going to include the link below but it won't let me, so...it is under the Dining Reviews section of Disboards...1st page. Subject is something like "GF Private Dining...fireworks.."

Where are you staying? We are staying at the Beach Club Villas and it was so easy to call them and set stuff up. I'm looking forward to it since we will have our own little kitchen and such...
