Private Cocktail Party

Does anyone have any experience with arranging a private cocktail gathering on DCL? I was hoping to arrange a private gathering for an hour or two for somewhere between 50 to 100 guests on board during an At Sea day. Food isn't necessary, although I would be happy to arrange charcuterie boards or finger foods.

Any information anyone could give me or if they could point me in the right direction would be wonderful. Thank you in advance.

I was also hoping for hear any personal experiences or suggestions people might have if they'd held a gathering on one of the ships before.

On our June fantasy sailing there was a private gathering for a Facebook cruise meet group in the tube one afternoon, it was open bar and the folks were coming out happy so it’s definitely doable.
