Check that privacy statement in your annual dues package. It has a section that says, "do not share any of my non public personal information with a nonaffiliated third party other than what is permitted by law."

In other words, if you don't check the box, they can share your info...as permitted by law.

Read carefully and choose wisely for your situation.

They will share whatever is permitted by law. Every big company will do the same.

You're welcome. Kinda surprised that Disney would sell our info.

Also didn't care for the way they presented it. A quad folded page with "privacy policy" on the page. Open it to find all three pages front and back blank. It isn't until the page is fully opened and on the back that you find the opt out info.

If Disney really cared about DVC owners they would make it easy to opt out like other companies do but no, you have to mail the form in for each person on your account. You should also be able to easily verify that your request was received and correctly posted.

I am currently waiting for a call back from Disney once they figure out who I should talk to for verification.
