180 days is when the ADR bookings open for everyone, so yes. But Disney resort guests have the option to book 180 days Plus 10. The Swan/Dolphin has some restrictions to the plus 10 here is what I found.
This is the write up from Mouseforless' web page, it explains it in detail...
On-site Disney guests at Disney properties can now make Advance Dining Reservation (ADR) arrangements for their entire trip at 180 days from their check-in date-instead of having to call multiple days as their 180 day window opens up.
So if your trip is 10 nights (the maximum allowed for one reservation), you could make ADRs 190 days in advance for the last day of your trip because you can make them 180 days from your check-in date.
This perk is just for on-site hotel guests that can provide a DISNEY reservation number. You or your
travel agent will have to provide a Disney reservation number when making the ADR, so that they can confirm your check-in date and your travel dates. This means that reservations made directly through the Swan and Dolphin’s reservation number/website, Shades of Green and any other reservation that does not have a Disney reservation number, will not qualify and will make their dining arrangements the traditional way. There are special packages w/tickets available for the Swan and Dolphin through Walt Disney Travel Company so those would qualify.
