Hi guys,
I'm wondering how far in advance I really need to make priority seating arrangements for our trip in February.
A bit of a background - it will just be my hubby and I, and we are going to be at Disneyland from Monday, Feb. 13 to Saturday, Feb. 18. We are not that particular with what time we eat our meals as we don't have a set schedule for our trip. I already have PS for dinner for Valentines Day at Steakhouse 55.
Other places we would like to eat include Cafe Orleans (lunch), Steakhouse 55 (breakfast), Napa Rose (dinner), Storyteller's Cafe (lunch & breakfast), Rainforest Cafe (breakfast), and *maybe* Blue Bayou (dinner). We are not too particular on what days we hit which places also.
Since we are going in the off season, should we be okay to call and book our PS reservations once we actually get there? Back in 2006 my hubby and my parents went to WDW in early February and I made almost all of my PS arrangements at most the night before and we were able to get everything we wanted.
I will make all of my reservations in advance if I need to, but I would rather allow our trip to be a little more spontaneous if possible. When we were at WDW I really enjoyed sitting down with my husband in the evening and deciding on our dining plans for the next day.
What do you think? Is this possible? Or should I make a real dining schedule in advance and make my reservations before I go?
