Just booked 2 nights at Disneyworld Pop Century using Priority Club reward points! Priority club has a deal - any time any hotel using your priority club points! Had 60,000 points = $250 - Pop Century is $218 for 2 nights in late August! TA-DA.

Worked out great:thumbsup2. Taking a cruise out of Tampa - after cruise - taking train (only $20 total for four!)to Orlando for flight home to Washington DC ($59 on Jet Blue non- stop!) But first - two nights free at the Pop Century. Got a free park ticket for the DW, 2 kids and me from Disney (volunteer deal). So we arrive in Orlando - take a taxi to Pop Century - Room Free - Magic Kingdom free :wizard:- ride to Orlando Air Port via Disney transportation free!

Now that is what I call a budgeted vacation

WOW! Is there a timeframe deadline on this deal? I have about 250,000 points (and DH is earning about 130,000 more even as we speak). We ive in Kissimmmee, but sometimes it's nice to get out of the house...

I have used my Priority Club Points for the Anywhere Any hotel card on 3 different times in Disney. It's a great benefit with Holiday Inn membership. The deal is always on line and sometimes there on sale. I always get the cards when they have a sale. Less points. I usually get 2 or 3 nights at Disney with our points.

Priority Club has by far the best hotel rewards program. They seem to get better every year. My DH travels alot. 40+ nights so far this year. This is really more than usual. But he always stays at Hol. Inn. (I make Him ;) if he can. It really makes DW an affordable trip for us.

Hello!
I was so happy to find this thread! My DH just started traveling for work, and he exclusively stays at a Staybridge Suites near his home office. We're going to rack up a ton of Priority Club points! Can someone please answer a couple of questions about the any hotel rewards?

~I'm assuming you just make a ressie at a Disney hotel like always and use the card as your form of payment. Have you ever had trouble with someone not being familiar with the card???

~What happens to the leftover points/dollars on the card? If your hotel bill is $218 and your card is for $250, is the extra just left on the card?? If so, could you use the points for a completely different hotel??

TIA!! :goodvibes

When I made the reservations, I told her I was using American Express(that who issues the debit card) After giving her the IMPRINTED NUMB the CM asked me for the security code (that's the printed 4 digit number on the front of a regular Credit Card) I told her it was an American Express debit card. She just said okay. No problem.

As for the left over $$$. I'm pretty sure you can use it for the next hotel stay.. We are planning on ordering pizza/dinner and charging it to the room and using the remaining $$$ to cover the cost when we leave.

We are hoping :wizard: the extend or we are sent a discount PIN on room rates - we would upgrade to Animal Kingdom for the 2 nights, it would only cost us $75:woohoo:! Or we could stay at CBR or any moderate resort for free:yay:.

Where do you find this at on the website? I am a Priority club member and I didn't even know this existed.
This is fantastic!

kparc can probably explain it better, but I logged in to priorityclub.com, click redeem points, click Any Hotel Anywhere (or maybe it says Anytime) then click in the denomination of AE card you want to buy. The points price is indicated under the cad value. Have fun!

Thanks very much. I found it with the directions you gave so that is fantastic. I am so glad I read this because I had no idea this existed.

Can the Any Hotel, Anywhere Card be used for anything on the Disney hotel bill? If I eat at the restaurant and charge it to my room, will they even know the difference at check-out? Or even buy park tickets and and charge it to my room?

I don't have enough points yet to cover the cost of the deposit required to book the room (We're going in January, 2011, so the deposit right now is one night at the peak rate.) Can I put the deposit on a different card but later credit it and rebill it to the AmEx any hotel card???? I'd really like to get the room booked since we're going for the Marathon--lots on people stay onsite for that weekend.
Thanks again! :goodvibes

Thanks for sharing OP! My DH has both Starwood and Priority Points memberships and we were talking about which he should focus on when he starts more travel for work later this year...I think I know which one now! I was leaning Starwood to use toward the Swan & Dolphin, but I like the idea of any hotel.

Any other Priority Points tips? We've stayed at two upgraded/refurbished Holiday Inn Express hotels and DH has stayed at Hotel Indigo in Chicago for work and been pleased.

We used our points to book a stay at Orange Lake Resort in Orlando. It is more of a villa type thing which works better for our family with two teenagers!;) Has anyone stayed at Orange Lake? We are going in a few weeks.

Late post, but maybe you'll check back - haven't stayed there but live slightly west and across the highway, so we see that it seems to be well-booked and very well kept. Close enough to the parks and chain dining on US 192, but well away from the traffic.

We stayed at Orange Lake last year for a week and loved it! We traded our timeshare for a 2 bedroom in West Village. It was newly renovated and huge. The resort is enormous and have many pools and an awesome lazy river. Enjoy!

I will use points or the Anywhere card there again in the future.

When I used my Any Hotel card, it was a partial payment. I also used rebate cards and my credit card for the rest. They are great at check in when I unload my different cards.:thumbsup2 I wasn't sure how many they would take but I used 4 different cards to pay for the room.

They should take the Any Hotel card as partial payment and use your credit card for the rest. Hope it works for you.

Thanks for the responses! ;) We will be down there next week!
