Can you put a priority mail envelope (less than 13 oz) in a blue collection box, assuming it has all the correct postage and everything on it? The USPS website seems to say so, but I couldn't reach anyone at the info number.

You can also put it in your mailbox as well, and the letter carrier will pick it up there (if it fits in the box of course!)
