We're 5 adults sailing on the Fantasy November 6-11. It's a double dip at CC (currently), a day at sea and Nassau. We are silver level. Our booking window open Sunday at midnight. Here's our wish list, in order:

Cabana on adult beach
Mixology
Parasailing (once)
other tasting events (Tequila & Margaritas, chocolate & liquor )
1 hour virtual sports

I realize the cabana is almost impossible. My question is what should I go for (in order) when I start booking? I will be on at the tick of midnight.

A cabana on the adult beach (as opposed to family beach) is possible, so check that first. Don't count on it, but it's possible. I recall seeing adult cabana availability when I booked as a silver on the Fantasy five years ago. It was a holiday cruise, so it probably had fewer adult-only groups than your cruise will have, but I think it's still worth a try.

I checked this morning - around 8 am - for my cruise (we’re at day 120 so concierge & platinum can book) and all the cabanas were gone and there were plenty of tastings and sports simulator spots left. When I checked around 10 am, the tastings were starting to come off the board and the tequila/marg was the first one to go. Most port adventures were still left but some of the more popular ones were sold out. So if I were you, I’d go cabana, tastings/mixology (go for your first choice), then parasailing, the rest of your tasting choices, then sports simulator.

If you are on a Facebook or other cruise specific message board, ask someone who is concierge/platinum/gold to check what is sold out so you don't waste precious time looking for an activity that is gone. Folks will usually be more than happy to log on and let you know what's available.

I'm on that cruise. Cabanas are complety sold out. That was the first thing I checked at gold and still occasionally check. Parsailing is still available, but the simulators were sold out on one of the days. Haven't looked at the tastings.

Oh sorry, I wasn’t clear…I’m able to book now…my window opened today. We’re not on the same cruise but thought it would give you some good info to just know what seems to get booked first :). Good luck!
