PrintMaster Label Help!!

If there is anyone out there who has PrintMaster (Greeting Card program, but also does labels) and knows how to make postcard mailing labels, please send instructions! I can only figure out how to make my return address labels, where all the labels on the sheet have the same address on them. I have looked and looked through the help topics and can't find anything about pre-printing a mailing list onto the labels! Thanks!

I have printmaster, I will tinker with it and see what I can come up with. Are you wanting return labels with all different addresses on them?

Yes! I want to be able to print up a sheet of pre-addressed labels so I won't have to sit there writing out addies for postcards. My fingers start to hurt and it takes a lot of time! Thanks so much!

I've been using Printmaster for years and I always keep a sheet of blank labels to print off one at a time for addresses.

When you go to print your lable, the dialog box comes up, there is a place where it asks you "Number of Labels" , here you enter "1". Then just below that there is a box that says "Starting Label" , Click on this and it will open another dialog box with the sheet of your labels, pick the one you want to print on and then click print.

You will have to do this for every label you want printed, make sure you remember to always type in 1 label and always change your starting label!

What kind of labels are you using? I think Avery has a website that you can download a program to use that you can make all the addresses different before printing. I used to do a newsletter for our church and had to make lots of different address labels.

Thanks so much! Just checked it out and I see how to do it now! Might take me a little while but once I have those puppies printed up I won't have to worry about it for November! Yay!
