HI there

We are flying with SW and its an after noon flight, I know we can check in 24 hours before, but we want to leave in the AM. I was wondering if I got my brother to check us in, as we would like to try to get an A boarding pass, can I ask them to print the boarding pass once we get to the airport? Will we still get an A pass? Or if I can maybe ask the hotel to reprint? Do I just retype in my information and will it still come up with the same Letter as the first time?

Thanks for the infor... Sarah :hippie: :laundy: :cheer2:

Yes! The plan you have will work. The key part is the checking in at 24 hours, not the printing of the actual boarding passes. You can "reprint" your boarding pass at a Southwest kiosk at the airport, have the ticket counter do it or even the skycaps can print them for you. You'll still get the same letter that you got when you (or your brother) checked in.

I just picked up my tickets and have paper tickets .. how does the 24hr check in work? Do we all go to the airport with our tickets?

If you have paper tickets you are unable to use the online check-in service 24 hours in advance. That service is available only for electronic ticket holders. This is a major drawback to using the SWA package vacations, IMO, as they always issue paper tickets as part of the packages. I'm not sure if you could all go the airport and physically check-in 24 hours in advance or not. You should call SWA and ask about your options.
