Printing out invataions or other creative ideas?

Im looking for ideas for how to print or make a book of dinner/ disney invatations that some of the wonderful designers here have made for me. What is everyone doing with them as far as printing them. I want something a little nicer than just laminating a sheet of computer paper. Suggestions on websites to do this on or ways peole have done it would be great. Thanks
