Printing Disney movie coupons - Problem

I went to the Disney Movie Website this morning to print the coupon for Gromeo and Juliet and it came back that I had already printed my maximum.

Problem is, I have printed any at all. I sent a message to Disney Movie Rewards, but I doubt that they can help me. I'm disappointed.

I can never get them to work right, and have never had any help from questions. Can a friend print you up one?

The only thing left to do is go to a friend's computer, and have them create a new log in. You do not want your log in information on their computer or else it won't allow you to print from there either.

Sending a request through coupon.com doesn't get you anywhere, neither does DMR. It's like they have an automatic emailing that goes out if you send in a question, which usually has nothing to do with your question.
