printing boarding pass at resort

Southwest Airlines allows passengers to print boarding passes the morning of departure. Does anyone know of a way I could print ours while at WDW?

I'm wondering if it would be possible to go online and at least 'check in' for the boarding passes and have Southwest print them for you when you arrive at the airport? I ask this because (obviously) laptops are more readily available (and portable) than are printers. Otherwise, I guess a trip to the internet cafe is in order!

Missypie - Were you in concierge level rooms or was this through the services provided in the lobby?

I stayed at the Allstar Music and they have a concierge desk, which is really Guest Services re-named. But they went on line for me and printed my boarding pass with no problem

I had no problem getting my boarding passes printed at Pop in August. I just asked at the front desk around 2 am after an EMH night in MK. The CM was happy to do it for me.

We stayed at VWL this past march & yes, DH went to the lobby at midnight & had the CM at the desk print our boarding passes out-no problemo

AKL prints them for you up until 2pm for your flight that day. We missed the timing, but we fly Song, and the kiosks at the airport are plentiful and extrememly easy to use. I just do them there.

We flew back SW on Sat. 9/10. Friday evening I asked at the front desk at Poly, she told me I had to ask at the airline check in kiosk in the morning. I was there at 6:45, and they told me to ask Concierge (apparently they don't do SW check in?). Anyway, I did it just before 7am at the concierge desk at Poly, no problem, gave my confirmation number, and within seconds he printed out all 5 boarding passes - Group A, for a 6:30pm flight out of Tampa. We weren't checking in luggage so it was perfect for us. No, we weren't staying concierge level rooms, just regular, but I think the guy would have done it for anyone walking in, he didn't ask for any id.

I called Southwest and asked this same question a few months ago. I was told that you can check-in on-line without printing the boarding pass (if you don't have access to a printer). If you do this, you aren't allowed to do curb-side check-in. You will need to pick up your boarding pass that you already 'reserved' inside at the check-in area.

I always do this for our flights. We use Airtran and can pick seats 24 hours before the flight. Since we stay at the Poly I walk over the the GF business center. You can use their computer for a small fee and print everything out there.

We will be checking out of CBR this upcoming trip--does anyone have info on whether they will print out boarding passes @ midnite?

I have no idea how late the office is open. When I go there I always see one or two ladies at a desk at the front. They assign you a computer and tell you what printer you are going to be using. You pay them when you are finished. I doubt they are open at midnight but you never know. Your best bet is to call and find out for sure. I always have a flight around 4pm so I go to the office at 4pm the day before to choice the seats. Do you have a flight that leaves at midnight?
