Printer Help

My printer stopped printing and I wonder if someone can help. Called Lexmark and they want a goodly amount to reset it. A couple years ago they did it for free. Its a wireless printer from Lexmark. Using Windows 7 on a HP. Even if someone coul tell me how to get started I would greatly appreciate it. I am not very computer literate and I cannot afford their charges I really need this printer

I am not an expert...but did you try unplugging it, waiting, then plugging it back in...it's worked for me.

Or goggle lexmark wireless printer help....

Thanks for the idea-did try unplugging and that didnt help. I am so disgusted with Lexmark now. I have the instruction booklet but the print is so small I cant read it

Not a computer genius but have you tried deleting the software and re-installing? I usually google my issue and see what others have said. Fixed my car, computer, household issues, etc this way and saved a lot of money.
