Printable coupons - ever use them?

I've been a coupon clipper for years now, but have just started to get hooked on the printable coupons.

So this got me wondering if other people use the printable ones a lot--or if I'm the crazy one!

Whenever you're heading out to the store, do you ever combine printable coupons (i.e. like this one-- http://scottnaturals.com/Towels/ ) with your regular stash of "Sunday" coupons from the paper?

I use printable coupons all the time. Even more, it seems, than regular coupons. It feels like I can often find better deals on printable coupons probably because the manufacturer can control how many are printed. I just used four coupons that resulted in free healthy choice entrees and have a stash of printable coupons for free boxes of cereal.

Only thing is that I have to watch what stores will accept them. One store will not accept internet coupons for more than $1, one will accept any except for a coupon for a free item, etc... Also, Target will accept one of their coupons and one manufacturer coupon for the same item and pretty much 99% of the Target coupons are the printable type.

I use Money Saving Mom's blog and follow her notices to when to print off coupons.

What is the coupon for the Scott?? That's another thing that I hate to print something unless I know what it is for so I don't waste ink/paper.

I have a question about printable coupons. Is there a certain site that has printable coupons for Disney World? I have found one for Planet Hollywood ( 10$ off! ) but that seems to be the only one. Anyone know of a site?

I use couponsuzy.com for printable coupons. I've never stacked them with regular newspaper coupons though.

Most printable coupons are considered "manufacturer's coupons", and so are most of the Sunday-paper coupons. I've never found a store that will let you double up manufacturer's coupons. Some will let you use a printable and a store coupon (like from their ad or an in-store).

I've been using a lot more printables lately. Be careful about store restrictions -- my Wal-mart won't accept printables unless they're in color; some stores will double the coupon even if it says "do not double." I know putting in different ZIP codes on the printables sites can cause different coupons to pop up. I always go in knowing what the store policies are and prepared to be ethical but firm with what I ask for, if they balk at something.

I use printables just about as often as I used regular newspaper insert coupons. I make a habit of checking various websites the first business day of each month to see what is new------like www.BettyCrocker.com or www.boxtops4education.com There are ConAgra coupons each month as well but I don't remember that website (on the wrong computer).

I check coupons.com weekly twice---once not using any zip code and once using my zip code. Sometimes different coupons will appear!

Hot IPs will disappear from the websites once the manufacturer's "print limit" is reached. After a while of following the sales, you'll get a feeling that an item will go on sale and may be involved in a big catalina deal (those "good on your next order" coupons that print out at checkout).

I use printables all of the time. Today I saved well over $65 dollars and I think all but 2 were printables. I use the same sites that other have listed. I primarily shop at Target, Cub & CVS. My cvs will take a competitor store coupon, man q (newspaper or IP) and a CVS Q all for the same item. Target & Cub allow you to combine their stores coupons with a manq. I love IP's because usually they are higher dollar value than what you can get in the paper.

I have a printer here at the moment but zero paper (figures)--that first one that I mentioned, the http://scottnaturals.com/Towels/ coupon, has anyone successfully printed it out yet? How much of a discount did you get?

You can't use a printable with a sunday paper coupon on the same item. Unless I misunderstood what you meant?

I use both printables and sunday paper coupons. I only print the really good printables though, the ones for .50 for the same things in the regular paper I don't print because they cost me more in ink than I'm saving. The ones for $1-2-3 are so worth it!

yeah, I often wonder if the www.couponbug.com site is backed by the ink and toner club of america I do try to limit what I'll definitely use.

Once at the store a clerk told me they were only accepting up to $3 worth of internet coupons, another time I got more than that thru

I also like to go to my favorite brands' sites (tide, fresh step, etc.), many of them have coupons. Since I know I'm brand loyal with some things, I figure I may as well sign up on their sites and get periodic dicounts.

I love printable coupons. For instance...I get Target coupons in the mail...got one recently with $5 off the Tag Reader. Well they are on clearance at Target 50% off. I found $10 off coupon online (leapster) and bought the reader for $9.98!
