Printable cards to send before trip

I am such an idiot!! About a month ago someone had a link for creating printable cards you could customize to send to your child before your trip and, of course, I didn't save it to my favorites like I should have.

I want to see a different character's card to my daughter every month prior to our trip.

Does anyone have the link or could you direct my to the thread that had it?

I would be indebted to you forever. (I promise I will save it in my favorites.)
