Printable 2D maps? And GPS map question?

Is there any place to get a printable 2D map of the parks? I can only find the interactive one on Universal's website which doesn't show actual paths between rides, etc.

Also, has any one used this program http://www.pacmaps.com/map_info.php?id=101 for the itouch without the GPS capabilities? I don't have an iphone. Is it helpful when you can't use the GPS part? Is there anything like this for android?
