Print at home tickets

We bought the print at home tickets through UT for our upcoming trip. We will be staying at the Hard Rock. Is there any place at the hotel or the park where I can bring the printed tickets and get real tickets? I hate the printed tickets, they are so big and always seem to be harder to scan.

Also guest services at the entrance to the parks can help. They will print you a small ticket to fit in your lanyard. Just show them your printed ticket sheet.

Guest Services used to only exchange tickets like this when it was an emergency like lost tickets or something. I thought they stopped that policy of switching tickets just to get the "regular" tickets...I could be wrong.

I exchanged UT tickets at the HRH concierge in August. Was fast and easy.

Glad to hear it! I have a print at home ticket, also bought from UT. Would rather a smaller, regular ticket. I got it because it was a much cheaper option.
