Princess welcome pictures?

A friend of a friend mentioned that they got their daughter a Princess "welcome" picture for their room when they checked in. It is a picture of all the princesses, signed by them and personalized with their daughter's name. We're staying at AKL in October and I just called to order one and they had no idea what I was talking about and suggested I called the Disney florist. I did and they don't know either. Anyone know how to order this?

I've never heard of that. I've gotten one of just one of the princesses signed but it was because we were celebrating something.

I don't think we had requested it, we had mentioned we had two of us who just graduated, one with her masters and one from hs and got it.

We had our anniversary noted on our reservation and received a card from Belle and the Beast.

When we visited for our sons' birthdays, both they and their younger sister received cards with photos signed by Mickey.

Squeakymouse, Did you let the resort know ahead of time of just at check in?

Do I call ahead and notify them of our "special occasion" or do I mention it at check in?

Call ahead and let them know and it will be noted on your reservation. I know they do it for events but I don't know how to go about otherwise.
