In January I got on the FQ bus and then it went over to Riverside. I think it went to the far side of Riverside and then made its way around to the front. There were some bus stops that had nobody waiting.

Attempted a PR this morning. Went out 10 seconds too fast in mile one then mentally blew up in mile five. Still came in with my second fastest 10K and an updated POT @ 53:26 Goal was a sub 53. I’ll get it next time
