My DD5 and I attended the Princess Tea Party at the Grand Floridian during our last trip. For those that don't know, the girls are each presented with a little charm bracelet that is hidden in their napkins. My little princess had me put the bracelet on her wrist where it stayed for the entire length of the trip. It did not come off for the pool, the shower, the rides, etc. You get the drift.
Anyway, on the drive home she discovered the charm was no longer on the bracelet!!
Any one with a little princess understands that this is the end of the world. We searched the car, but no charm. I promised to call Aurora when we got home. Maybe she could mail us another one.
I tried the Disney e-mail address asking if I could buy another one. I don't think they actually read my e-mail because they asked where I purchased it, how much it was, could I send them the sku number?
Out of sheer desperation I tried the GF and asked for the tea party room. The wonderful woman who answered the phone said it would be no problem at all. She asked for my DD's name and address. I tried to give her my cc number and she wouldn't take it. A few days later in the mail my DD received an entirely new bracelet complete with charm and a personalized letter from Aurora.
My DD was estatic to say the least!! Of course, in typical fashion of any little princess, she refuses to wear it because she doesn't want to lose the charm. It is safe and sound in her princess vanity!
I wish I had taken the woman's name at the GF because she saved the day!
I just love Disney and their magic!
