I have it booked for my 2/6 Cruise and I did not have to pay up front.

We did not pay for anything upfront that we booked on our 14 nighter. Everything was billed to our onboard account (excursions, mixology, kids club band etc)

It is costly but my daughter is 8 and my only daughter. By the time we go on another cruise that offers it she will be past the age of wanting to do it. Her birthday is the month of our sailing so it is going to be her present from her grandparents. You book it online.
