Are all ADRs for the Akershus with characters or do you have to ask for a reservation with characters?

THE PRINCESSESprincess: princess: princess: ARE AT EVERY BREAKFAST,LUNCH,AND DINNER YOU ALSO GET A PHOTO PACKAGE AND IT IS FREE,I JUST BOOK THIS ONE FOR LUNCH AND I AM GOING FOR ONE THING ONLY AND THAT IS TO ALLOW THOSE BEAUTIFUL PRINCESSES TO MEET MY 2 YEAR OLD SON THE TRUE PRINCE CHARMING,:yay: OF GEORGIA

They are always there through breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Do each of the princesses princess: come around to each table - my daughter would love :lovestruc to interact with each one?

My family and I ate there last September. There were four of us and we all ordered a different selection to share. The food was quite good. Even my fussy 12 year old son enjoyed the meal (including the pretty princesses).

We had breakfast at Akershus - the food was very good. There was a cold buffet of patries, cheeses, fruits and smoked salmon (this is Norway!). They brought the hot food (eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes) to your table, family-style. You could ask for more of whatever you wanted.

One princess greets you as you enter and you have your picture taken with her (often, this is Belle). 4 other princesses will circulate through the restaurant as you eat, visiting at each table. They will stop and chat, hug, pose for pictures, sign autographs. It's a very relaxed way to meet the princesses. We loved it and are going back next time!

We had breakfast at Akershus and it was awesome. The food was great and the character interaction was the best we've experienced at Disney World. Each princess went around to each table and took the time to really speak with the children. My daughter was able to ask lots of questions. The decor was excellent, it really seemed like a royal banquet hall.

*On a side note* Sleeping Beauty was a real cutie... Unfortunately, as my daughter pointed out she is married to Prince Phillip.

We've been there twice but never got a photo package for free. They come to your table with the photos and ask if you would like to buy them. We didn't....they were over $30.00 for a photo and my hubby had my eyes closed  so we did not bother, but I have never heard of them being free. Where did you hear that?

We absolutely love it and the food is great. We've done lunch and breakfast and are going back in september for Breakfast.

They started giving the photo package away as an included benefit last year. I guess they got tired of being told "No, thank you." by so many parents. I actually think I got better photos with my camera then their professional photographer did. And mine were cheaper.

so is the package free this year as well. We were there last September and it wasn't free :confused3

We were there twice last week, once for breakfast and once for dinner, and the photo package was free both times.

Sorry to hijack - We have early dinner ressies there next week. I've been considering whether or not to bring DD6's princess costume for her to wear there. Do a lot of the girls dress up for this meal like CRT?

Yup...it's wall-to-wall princesses at most meals, or at least it was both times we were there.

Are you going to take the clothes to change into before dinner or let her wear it all day?
