Toddlers can ride Toy Story Mania with parents.

Are there any rides specifically FOR toddlers? No.

There is the Disney Jr. show and the Disney Jr. character meal.

For younger kids at Hollywood studios there is Disney Junior Live on stage which has Sofia, Doc McStuffins, Jake and the neverland pirates, and Mickey Mouse clubhouse. I'm sure there are also rides for younger kids too. Some I hear young kids like are Muppet vision, The great movie ride, honey I shrunk the kids movie set, toy story mania,voyage of the little mermaid,beauty and the beast live on stage.They're may be more as we've never been to Hollywood studios but those are some things I have heard of.
