Princess shop return

I have a Cinderella dress that I purchased 2 months ago from the Princess store while my pass was still valid. The dress is too big for my DD and I would like to return it. My question is this...Can I return it at World of Disney or at guest services so I won't have to pay admission? We are going to WDW in November and I don't want to buy a CA resident pass until we return. Any help would be appreciated!

You should be able to return or exchange it at world of disney without problem. If they cant help you go to customer service and see if they will give you a "shopping pass". I dont know that they still offer them, but they used to offer a one hour pass so that you could go in and buy something. They hold your credit card number, and if you arent back in an hour they charge you for park admission.

WOD will take back any items. However if you are trying to exchange it, if they don't have the item you won't be able to exchange it, but instead will have to go into the park. You can try to get a shopping pass. These are given out on a case by case basis. Also sometimes if you know the exact item, instead of giving out a shopping pass they will bring the item to the newstand for you.

WOD usually does have some of the more popular year round costumes in the store. Also for Halloween, then generally have most of the year round costumes as well as the Halloween costumes, so they will probably have the item you are looking for.
