Anyone added the Princess & Prince Add On to their package? Wondering what you experience was?

Thanks!

I haven't added this to a package before. I'm going to bump this back to the top of the list so that some of our veterans can offer advice.

I'll let you know when I return on November 7th!:sunny:

We had the P&P plan during our last stay, for 2 adults and 1 child the total for the package was $104.75. We got 1 character breakfast (tip included), $50 for the child and special seating for Beauty & the beast & Playhouse Disney at MGM Studios and all 4 shows at Animal Kingdom (Festival of the Lion King, Pocahontas & friends, Tarzan rocks and Flights of Wonder.

We went to CRT for breakfast, got the $50 upon check-in, saw Tarzan Rocks and Festival of the Lion King. All shows were booked (you have to call and make reservations and be at the shows 15-30 minutes prior to the show starts) and we had done all that, had all shows at AK on Labor Day...which our plans also came to a disaster LOL, as hurricane Frances interfered ;)

I still have the vouchers for the shows left minus 1 Tarzan Rocks and 3 Festival of the Lion King, the only took one of TR when we got there. Valid until January 15 2005. We will not be back before that time unfortunatley :(

Thank you very much for the information. Was the seating at the shows "better than normal" seating?

We used it in June-Definitely worth the cost after you figure a Character Breakfast and 50 Disney dollars. We were right up front for Beauty & the Beast & The Lion King--Best of all, DD who turned 6 while we were on that trip got to be in the show!! Magical!! Go for it!!!

we also had p 'n p add-on and were disappointed... the "special" seating for lion king was NOT upfront as i expected but the very LAST row on the side (not even the middle/main section that gets to "roar") and the show was NOT crowded at all... we would have done better (seat-wise) if we just walked in... the rest of our seatings went unused due to hurricane frances also...

the disney dollars and breakfast at the castle were worth it... we probably saved a few bucks on what breakfast would have cost due to tax/tip but that's about it...

what exactly is the prince and princess add on? What got my attention was the breakfast at the castle. I've been trying to get ressies for that forever.:wave2:

We just returned from Disney and used the prince and princess package.

We really enjoyed it. We did the princess breakfast in the castle…the voucher covered everything including the tip. We used the Disney dollars to cover our character dinner.

We enjoyed special seating at Beauty and the Beast (front and center); Playhouse Disney (front and center); Tarzan (center); and Pocahontas (front and left side, center reserved for children under 10). We didn’t use the Flights of Wonder nor the Lion King (we had seen both shows on our previous trip).

Priority Seating was required for ALL…crowds were down so we called twenty-four hours in advance for our seating. Even with priority seating, you needed to be at the show fifteen to thirty minutes before the start, depending on the show’s popularity.

ENJOYED the package but wouldn't necessarily use it again...it would take a lot of planning during a normal time of year. It wasn't necessary for the time of year we were there....after the hurricanes, the parks were not crowded. Since we were at the shows thirty minutes prior to their beginning, we could have gotten basically the same seats without the plan??!!??

Even with the prince and princess package, priority seating at the castle needs to be made 90 days out. Keep calling though, you might find that someone cancels, and you can fill the opening!!
