If we go to queue as EMH ends will the queue already be long? We really want to take DD to meet the princesses but I think she will hate waiting around too long (shes 1 years old) also are we allowed to queue with the buggy (wondering this about other rides too?)

We done this last year. Joined the queue about 9:45 before the parks officially opened and still had to wait 1hr and 15 minutes to see the princess.

Have they stopped the ticket system which was being used a couple of months ago ?

When we were there last may the que started forming around 9.15am for a 10.30 opening time. We kinda kept a eye and when we seen the first family id head over and keep our space. Both mornings we did this they actually opened early at 10am. You can keep your buggy for a little while but once the cms arrive they ask you to park it up.

You cannot take the buggy in ques for the rides or meet+greets.

I really hope that they bring the ticket system back in, mind you saying that the queues for the tickets were ridiculous. I actually saw people queuing up 2 hours before the time that they were going to give them out!

At least when you queue you'll know you'll be seen, so sad for all the people who queued up for tickets for over an hour and then didn't get them and had to wait another 2 hours in that queue!

I think the Princess Pavillion is a bit of a joke really, don't see why they won't have the same system as WDW where you see them all in one go. It would be so much easier, and queuing up for hours to find you're seeing the same princess as before it devastating. At the very least they should tell people who is in there, although of course that means the most popular ones will be swamped :worried:

When I went last Jan we saw two princesses, and the people next to us in the queue had seen 3 the day before. Do you only ever see one now? How long do you get with them?

I so wish they had a better system its our 9th trip my DD was 3 on our first trip and now she is 16 :rotfl2:and all she has ever wanted was to meet ariel :grouphug:,we met belle once on the castle stage ,tiana once at the town square and auroura at the pavillion each time we have queued for ages ,its like its a big secret i think they hide them and make it as hard as possible to meet them ,there is auberge but always out of our budget ,they have been lovely to meet but its such hard work :scared:

take your DD to the Studios - Ariel comes out with the other Stars n Cars characters in the mornings, before the Stars n Cars parade. We saw her a couple of times, once I checked my watch and it was just after 12noon ;).

we maybe shall stalk the studios for ariel my dd will pretend she dosnt know us :rotfl2::rotfl:

We also met Ariel at the studios in october. She went straight to my son and called him or prince. She taught him how to kiss a princess and kept him by her for 5 mins whilst she signed autographs - he was totally in awe of her :goodvibes

I think so, it was when we were there in may and this weeks programme it shows opening at 10.30 also. They open sometimes at 10am without warning i guess if there is a large que forming early.

What time does it close? In my experience, the rides get much quieter after 6pm, certainly around Xmas time!
