awww, your toes look so purdy! I do love the french manicure/pedicure! I havent had a mani/pedi for ages! I am in need-- guess I will have to wait till after the Disney trip though cause I am DONE spending money BEFORE we leave!

I should have been done spending money- I saved these things for this week because Li didn't have any activities or school going on. But the guy that did my hair did a full head instead of crown-which is what I always get and that ended up being WAY much more than I wanted to spend. I was disappointed in that. Part of DHs check on this friday and next will be all disney money.

Two years ago I had a WICKED obsession with the book and musical. So that's when my collection started. DD loves WofOZ too. My MIL & FIL bought her the Madame Alexander ones though...without the wicked witch

Oh my word!! The Wizard of Oz is my favorite movie of all time!!
I have all the barbies they have of them from 1999 and the newer ones. Plus, I have some precious moments dressed like the Oz characters!!

That is just beautiful!!!!

No, I haven't yet! My sister is actually reading it right now and they are going to see Wicked when it comes to the fox theater this October. We didn't buy tickets because we were going to be in Disney and then every other weekend we had booked. But, I might just have to go now!

Oh, it's an awesome show. DH took me for a behind the emerald curtain tour last year for my birthday. It was a backstage tour. It was so much fun for me.

Anyway....Not too much going on today considering I've already packed except for DHs clothes and some toiletries.

We went to a birthday party for one of Li's little friends today and we gave her the new Ariel DVD and Ariel polly pockets. They are actually going to Disney right after us

Lindsey was bushed after playing hard after we came home, she took a bath and we vegged watching Snow White the millionth time while dinner was cooking. Then I watched the special DVD feature on the making of SW and that was really cool.

It's basically like before the Wizard of Oz. The WWOTW and the good witch are friends. Then I think its supposed to explain why they turned out the way they did!

It's a broadway musical. We were going to go last year, but tickets sold out soooo fast!! It's coming back to Atlanta this year for 2 weeks. My sister is actually going and I am debating on if we are or not. Chad does not really like musicals! The only ones we have seen are Beauty and the Beast and The Wizard of Oz and he loved them!! I think he would like this one, I just hope tickets aren't sold out!

I know, right! Everytime David Copperfield comes to Atlanta, he is our hobby!!!

It is just the best show EVER... I think it is anyway. I began my obsession on Myspace. I clicked on friends of friends of mine and just kept linking to pages until all I saw in the friends were a bunch of green faced witches. So I found out they were all devoted fans of Elphaba the Wicked Witch's name in the story... (L. Frank Baum)
They posted YouTube videos of the Original Broadway cast singing the best song in the show and I was hooked.
DH promised he'd take me and I expected tickets on my 2006 birthday and he didn't get them, but he got the novel the show was LOOSELY based on and the CD. I ended up loving both of them. We eventually went in Feb 2007.

So Lindsey decides she's going to say she doesn't want to go to Disney World tonight.

I know where this comes from though since she can't possibly mean it. She has anxiety about traveling and flying much like me. We've taken quite a few longer trips to the Caribbean (because her grandparents have retired there-no other reason). Some of the trips have been pretty difficult with connecting flights and missing them. One trip gave me such a bad panic attack I thought I was going crazy. So I can see where she'd be anxious and that's why she said it.

But-how awful to hear a child say that? I'm sure all will be fine at the mouse house. I can't wait for the castle

All of us were on pins and needles today awaiting the news. This is my friend's 3rd child. Now she has 2 boys & 1 girl. I'm going to head down to see her tomorrow morning

Thanks...She was okay today, but we had a nice BBQ to distract her. So she's exhausted and is probably already asleep. And I had a few drinks so I'm okay too

Bags are ready to go...we just have sleep and the morning to go. We'll be heading out around 11am tomorrow...still a wait UGHHHHHHH

I feel like I lost my purpose in life now that I'm not planning a disney trip

We got home today after a really great trip. . I have to get all my pictures uploaded here and there too. The weather was great I was so happy. I have to write a trip report now-I'm not sure how to do it.

Don't I have to combine this and my PTR? And how do I make a table of contents like I see in some reports? Anyway...Talk to you soon
