Princess meet at MK start @ open?

With Anna and Elsa in Epcot now, are the Cinderella and Rapinzsl princess meets open at the park opening? I ask as I have been to the Epcot character spot first thing once and it didn't "really open" with characters until 15 minutes after park opening.

My daughter is in the best mood for characters first thing so hoping this will work.
