If money were no object... which one would you choose for your little one? I have tickets for both for our January cruise, but will cancel one or the other to allow another family a chance.

I know your 1st sentence says if $ is no object...I'd say royal tea.

But for me I'd choose the Princess meet and greet...its free! :rotfl2::laughing: I understand some families are willing to pay the extra expense but we'd use the money doing something else on the cruise.

Good luck choosing!

Since Meet and Greet is free why not do both? Might be different princesses. However, if you are worried about other families drop the meet and greet. The princesses will also be available for photos at other times which will be posted in the navigator. I think the tea is a once per kid experience that you should do if you can swing it.

Princess tea was wonderful. Our 4 yr old DD still talks about it and she loves the doll that she got from the experience.

We did both on the same day. It was fun because the princesses remembered my daughter from the meet and greet earlier in the day and had some great interactions with her at the tea party. Ariel was at the meet and greet, but not the tea. The other princesses were the same (Cinderella, Belle, Tiana).

DO BOTH!!

We attended the Princess Meet and Greet a few days before the tea. The morning of the tea we hung around the atrium and talked with the Princesses as they were leaving the Meet and Greet from that morning that we did not have tickets for. We had many great interactions of my daughter and niece (8 and 7 at the time) taking selfies with the princesses while telling them they would see them later at the tea.

Tiana was so wonderful and engaging even bringing me and my sister into the conversation asking what we would be wearing and making sure that we "dressed up enough for such a special occasion". After telling Tiana I didn't think I would wear a dress to the tea she insisted and told me she would make sure I followed her orders. Sure enough once at the tea Tiana grabbed me by the hand and made me stand up so that she could see I had worn a dress as she told me to.

I'd do the Royal Tea just because my kid really loves tea parties. And clams up at the chance to have a conversation with characters anyway. Plus there's all that loot.
