Princess Journal

I know this is off-topic, but I'm looking for a Princess Journal for my daughter. I want to encourage her to write so this seemed like a good way to do it. It doesn't necesarily have to be Disney - but a crown on the front, the word Princess, glittery, furry, whatever. Something a 7 year old would like. Anyone have any suggestions on where to find one without spending a fortune?

Have you checked Wal-Mart? I think I remember seeing something like this in the aisle with the crayola stuff and school supplies.

Walgreens has the smaller size journal/diaries with the princesses on them. They are only $1!

Target had them in their dollar spot a few months ago. I'd say you could find one at Walmart, Dollar Tree or any dollar store. Maybe personalize it yourself and add some stickers. My DD loves her "diaries" with the little locks on them.

I just wanted to say thank you for the suggestions. I have a nearby Wal-Mart so ran over there at lunchtime. The had a Cinderella journal, furry cover, Cinderella on the cover. Perfect. It was $3.42 I think. Thanks for your help.

Hoorah - glad you found what you needed! I checked this thread again because, like you, I just got back from Wal-Mart and happened to see the very journal you mentioned above. Was going to add this info to my post, but you beat me to it-LOL! Again, happy to hear you got the journal - I'm sure your little princess will love it
