Woke up at 5.55, and yes the mobile phone did work.
I was first in the bath, could not sleep. Then paul, followed by a very sleepy chloe.
Straight out to the car, nice not to carry the cases around. A short drive to the airpark, to drop off car. Very busy this time in the morning, 5 min drive on the bus to the airport.
Arrive at the airport, and have to check in again and get boarding cards. Through security, and yes i had to be patted down by the security, i wore dungarees with lots of metal (never again!!!!!!!) this was worse on the return.
We head for breakfast, paul heads off to duty free, chloe sits and eats her expensive toast. Meet up, as i have the money, passports and boarding cards
Quick shop, then off to Dixons where paul buys DVD for camcorder, a walk past La Senza lured me in, now my hands are full. Sit down is required, paul heads off to the longest queue ever just for a paper, 40mins later he returns.
Straight off to the gate, just about to board when a man stops us and asks why we have not informed them where we are staying HUH!!!!!!
Passports taken off us, standing like fools everyone walking past us. Passports returned.
Once sitting in our seats very comfortable, a champagne cocktail do the round followed by a menu to choose our food, must admit i would pay extra myself for the kids meal it looked great.
Nice flight, films okay, service from the cabin crew not the best, seemed to be more interested in their love life, great listening for me.
There also seemed to be a little hostile working environment.
Landed no one in customs, straight through collected luggage, headed for our transfer.
1 hour drive arrived at ASM resort, very busy took an hour before i could check in. Got the furthest room away, might as well stay in the music resort than movies, everything was closer in the music resort.
We settle in then Chloe drops a big hint i want to go to see cinderellas castle today, paul and i look at each other and sigh, okay.
Headed off to a busy park, checked her height for splash mountain and thunder mountain.
Yippee she makes the height, so on we go, chloe slightly frightened of both rides, it was dark so we told her it was different in the day.
Spent a hour or so in the park.
Back to our room and crashed out for the night.
