Princess Half Sellout date?

Do we know when the Princess Half Marathon usually sells out? I usually don't know my days off until around three weeks out. So, it's hard for me to commit to the race before then.

My fiance and I would love to run both the Princess Half and the Tower of Terror ten miler.

3 weeks out from any Disney race is never going to be available---except for maybe kiddie races!

For this year's Princess, it was July 17 or 18. 2013 edition was later in the fall(November).RunDisney will post a %full notice when a race gets to about 50% full. Then you can keep track and decide. If it gets to ~95%, you can jump in.

In your situation, you may want to do a travel package through the official RunDisney travel providers. They are listed on the event page. They may have last minute spots available. The RD page for this year's Princess has a note that spots are still available through charities or travel providers.

Signing up through charity sites will probably cost you more, because they require that you donate a certain amount of money. Depending on your philanthropic tendencies, this might not be a bad thing. It's what I did for the Princess Half.

For the 10k, I signed up through one of the travel agencies. No additional costs, but they ran out of Half registrations earlier than the charities did.
