Princess half marathon question

Just wondering - I registered for the Princess Half Marathon with a bunch of my friends and we would like to stay at the Animal Kingdom Lodge DVC. The Animal Kingdom Lodge is one of the hotels listed as providing transaportation to the race - would we be able to take the transportation to the race evne though we are not staying at the 'hotel' portion of the Animal Kingdom, we are staying in the DVC section? It would be so much simpler to use my DVC!

I don't know for sure, but my daughter registered for the marathon in January and she's depending on SSR transportation to the race.

I'm staying at AKV for the Princess, too, and am counting on that transportation to get me to the race. There is no reason to think that you won't get transportation from AKV regardless of whether you are in Jambo or Kidani as it is the only deluxe DVC resort on the list for the Princess.

Thanks! I put this on the Event board also & they said I should be able to use the transportation - I just was not sure if they gave us vouchers or needed to hand in something.

Don't know about that one -- I figure the only people who are going to be up and trying to catch that bus at o'dark thirty are people who are running!

There are a lot of things to figure out but I think it will be fun!

The busses that run from AKL to the race are for anyone staying at the resort including DVC. So plan to arise early.
