Does anyone know how much a Princess Dress cost's at the park? Also what size range? I want to get my daughter one when we go in October. Thanks

I don't know about current prices but in 2009 I bought my daughter a princess Tiana dress and it was around $75.

I'd say about that, and then maybe about $20 each for a crown, shoes and wand. I think I saw some dresses last year for about $60.

This ebay seller has the same dresses/costumes sold in the parks for a much lower price ~ I don't know how "she" does it but I don't mind ~ DD has several dresses from her. If she doesn't have what you want/need send her an ebay message, she'll post it for you when she can - you just have to get it *BIN*

Also ~ even if a dress is brought from home your DD can still get changed in a dressing room - hand it to a CM, they'll set it up and bring you back. Or she can have it on prior to her visit at the BBB.

This is the easiest time of year to get an inexpensive princess dress -- just buy a $20 costume from Target/Walmart! I also find authentic DL dresses on ebay -- look on the Disney Store site to note what the current style looks like, then search [most people won't put "Disney Park" on their listing.] Lots of people put the whole ensemble (dress/crown/shoes) in a listing for a great deal.

Walmart is selling several different Disney princess dresses in their little girls section. I have seen them at several Walmarts including the Walmart right up the street on Euclid from DL. They have lots of souvineers that are much more affordable then what is in the park.

I had the best luck getting a dress from Etsy. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Etsy because you are supporting local crafters/Mothers/Grandmothers. Plus you will most likely get a better made dress, in nice fabirc (instead of that itchy tulle material that most of those dresses are made out of). When I went to order my DD the seller contacted me and said she would make a custom dress if I sent her all the measurements. I ended up spending about the same as a Disneyland dress, but her dress is made out of satin, has a pettiskirt underneath for that fluffy skirt effect, and is absolutely gorgeous.

WoW! That dress is gorgoues. I really wanted to sew my daughter a snow white dress but I'm so scared to do it. It looks really hard and the cost of material will run me around the same amount to just buy her a dress. She's only 18 months so I'm having a hard time finding her a dress that fits. I will look on Etsy and Ebay. Thanks
