Thank you!
Caitlin has wanted to be in movies and on tv since she was old enough to talk. I remember her at 3, getting mad at "Barney" because he never let her be on his show :rotfl2: At 5 she started doing community theater and did that off and on for years. When she got to college she began as a communications/theater major thinking she'd go into broadcasting since acting seemed too hard to break into. She's now thinking she wants to give it a try after she graduates and see what happens.

I just noticed my TICKER!!

2 months from today we check into the Boardwalk! :dance3:

Real life update....our aspiring actress is working on her second movie today. When she signed with the casting agency, a few months ago, she was immediately told she'd be working on a "Zombie" movie playing a highschool girl. (a step up from the middle schooler in the other movie ) Well they start filming today at a local highschool about 20 minutes away. It turns out the "Zombie" movie was actually "Scream 4" :scared1: and she'll be a classmate of Emma Roberts and Hayden Panettiere. She'll definitely get 2 full days on this movie but she's hoping it goes longer. Hopefully she"ll enjoy this movie as much as she did the other :)

:woohoo:Congrats On Having 2 Months Left Until Your Trip !!:woohoo:

Congrats to Caitlin on getting the Zombie , can't wait to hear how everything goes for her . I know she wasn't to keen on it being a zombie movie , a little :scared1: and I can't say I blame her !

I usually can't handle those kiind of movies, but I may have to force myself through it just so I can see Caitlin!

Thanks Angie!
She's been there 2 hours so far and they've fed them breakfast and she's been through wardrobe for approval. She was glad it wasn't zombies afterall and figures filming Scream won't be as scary since they're at school :rotfl:

My mom and I said the same thing :rotfl2: It's funny since she started being an extra I find myself watching the background extras in movies thinking they're somebody's son or daughter and deserve attention

How cool for the new Scream movie! Even starting as an extra, it sounds like you are getting some pretty decent movies with some great stars! Congrats!!!

I think it's a great experience for her since she's considering pursuing a career in that field. Even if she doesn't pursue it as a career it's a summer dream job for a college kid. They feed her, she gets to watch movie stars act and gets paid. What's not to love

Congrats to Caitlin on her newest acting gig! She's totally scoring with some big names in these movies. I will admit that I cannot handle scary movies so we'll see if I can handle watching that movie.

I am not a fan of scary movies either! I'm not even sure if Caitlin's seen any of the "Scream" movies but she will now :rotfl:

Your Welcome :)

Glad to hear that it's not gonna be soo :scared1: after all and there treating them well ! Here's to day two on set :thumbsup2

Hey everyone!

Thank you all for your support on the movie. We spent 8 hours outside in the heat and without water for about 7 of those hours for a 4 line scene :confused3 One of the extras actually ended up passing out before a take  I got to see Hayden Penatierre and Emma Roberts. I am now a little sunburned from being outside for that long

I was booked for Friday and Tuesday the 6th so I will be working again on the film. I don't like it as much as I liked Salvation Blvd but it's good for me to see that not every set will be as great as that and it gives me a clearer view. I still love doing it though and continue to want to do that for a living.

Next week on the 8th and 9th I will be working on a straight to TV and DVD movie with Dan "The Beast" Severn some UFC fighter. I won't be getting paid and I have to bring my own lunch but now I will have experienced all the different levels of movies from big budget, to indi, to low budget. I am looking forward to it!

That's great that your first three are so different. Like you said, a really good experience to know they aren't all the same. What a fun new twist to your life. Just goes to show that those childhood dreams are attainable! :thumbsup2

I agree with Melissa. Great experience to see things from all different levels...:thumbsup2

It's amazing all the work you're getting...:thumbsup2

I know! It's crazy how many movies are being made in Michigan right now! I am planning on signing up with my agency as an actor to see if maybe I could get real acting work other than being an extra. Since so much is going on I figured it's worth a shot.
