We're bringing dd for her 4th birthday (12/4 - 12/11). I wasn't able to get CRT on the 5th, so I booked PSB instead. Today I got CRT, so I'm thinking I should cancel PSB. I'm not thrilled about paying $60+ for breakfast, but dd wants to see princesses more than she wants air to breathe. CRT is always better than PSB, right? Is there anything special at PSB that she won't get at CRT?

Thanks! I'm new to the board, but am loving it!!

We did both last July. We did CRT the first day we were there and we did the other one the day before we left. To be honest, the food at both of them was less than enjoyable. But really we were there for the Princesses for my DD. She loved every second of both of them. My 2 DS's even liked the attention from the "ladies." If you had to choose one, I'd go with CRT just because it is in the castle. Plus, as far as I know, Cinderella is only at CRT. That is my DD's favorite princess. And while I am on the subject, why is Mary Poppins at these breakfasts anyway? She's not a princess, is she? Just wondering.

Hope that helps. This year I decided to do Cinderella's Gala Feast for dinner at 1900 Park Fair instead of the breakfasts. Hope the food is better and DD still gets to dine with Cindy.

Personally, I would keep both...if you really don't want to spend the money on both, that makes for a hard decision. LOL Not much help, I know. I LOVE CRT because it's in the Castle, but IMHO the food wasn't all that great. As for PSB, we LOVED the food, my kids ate great there, and we seemed to see more Princesses there too. It's such a hard decision...wish I could tell you what to do! ;)

I would also say keep both, if you can afford it. They are very different. Obviously, we don't all agree, but I think the food and the experience at CRT are both much better. To be fair, the last time we went to PSB, it was fairly new and the Princesses weren't as attentive, and the food wasn't good at all. But who goes for the food anyway? Maybe they've improved. Even if they haven't the atmosphere and having WS to yourself is worth it. Whatever you decide, you won't be dissappointed, but if your DD hasn't been to CRT yet, taking her for the 1st time will be priceless.

I would say at that age if you can afford it, do both. If you have to choose one, then I would choose the castle. I've never been to the Princess Breakfast at EPCOT, but I thought the food was much improved at the castle when we went this July and there's nothing like the atmosphere of the castle.

I think seeing the characters and getting autographs at that age are the most important thing for them. We look at it like a "that's all" thing, but to them it's everything. These are their heros and heroines. My niece is 7 and when she got back and people asked what her favorite thing was she said getting autographs and seeing the characters, (of course she named them all) and she did all the big rides RNR, TOT, Splash MT. Space MT. etc.

She had Cinderella sign her Cinderella Barbie doll on the leg and also bought a bride Minnie and had Mickey and Minnie sign the dress. Plus of course, everyone she saw had to sign her book!!! I would bet that she's going to remember and talk about who she saw and talked to, more than any attraction you'll take her too!!!

We did both princess breakfast in July and also the Cinderella's Gala Feast. We enjoyed all of them. THere were different princesses at CRT and PSB (Jasmine and Mulan at PSB, and of course Cinderella at CRT). THe dinner was great with Prince CHarming. DS (4) got a kick out of seeing a prince. THe food at Cinderella's Gala Feast was excellent and we were able to order the cinderella glass slippers and dog bones as a surprise dessert.
