Is princess Anna still on the Dream? If she is how long are the waits to see her? TIA :)

I can't speak specifically to the Dream, but I can confirm that she was on the Fantasy three weeks ago.

I took a book and saved a spot for my daughter about an hour before the m&g time (want to say she was scheduled to arrive at 8:15 or 8:30 in the morning). I was first in line, but other parents started showing up not long after, and there was a fairly lengthy line by the time Anna arrived. I have my doubts that those at the end of the line were able to get a picture, given that the scheduled appearance time was quite short.

On the ships, if you are in line by the time the m&g starts, you are guaranteed to get to meet the character and take pics. Very much unlike the parks. But, they probably close the line right at the start time when it is long, so don't be late.

She was on the Dream a week ago. I showed up at 8:25 for the 8:45-9:15 session. We were about 10th in line at that point and saw her at about 9am.

I was talking to a cast member and if the session is 8:45-9:15 they close the line at 9:15. everyone in line at 9:15 will see the character. For the princess gathering this make a difference because that line was sooo long.

Thanks for the responses. Hopefully she will still be on for our upcoming cruise..... Sounds like the line isn't too bad compared to the Epcot Norway Anna and Elsa meet and greet. Unfortunately that is the only way to meet Elsa though because she is not appearing on the ships, correct?

I am crossing my fingers she is still on in May - when we go on Fantasy!!! I hope she is not just a Winter Princess!!!

Anyone else see Anna lately on she ships? Elsa does not appear on any of the ships, correct?

Anna was on our 2/22 Fantasy sailing. The early morning greets had almost no line but the mid morning greets had much more of a wait. No Elsa.

I wonder why Elsa isn't greeting with her. Seems odd.

They don't have enough Elsas to do the parks, let alone the ships. Plus it's one more person they have to board in crew quarters. I'm pretty sure that Ariel swapped out her costume for Anna and that's how it's working on the ships that have her.

For the Dream, which day was the Anna meet? Do you also know which morning is the group princess greet? Last time we did the 5 night so I'm sure the schedule shifted and I want to make sure I don't miss them!!! Thank you!!

Yes I would like to know this as well.....4 night on the Dream specifically :)

We were on the Disney Dream 4 night cruise, sailed on Sunday February 16th.

The group Princess Meet was 9am Monday morning. Princess Anna had her (separate) meet at Preludes, same day, I think it was 9:30. We wondered why they were at same times --- my guess is that DCL wanted those who had Nassau exercusions to have the opportunity to meet ALL the Princesses.

Anna's line was long, but not crazy-long. I was "place holder" for Anna, I think the wait was 30 minutes or a bit longer.

Anna's meeting was at Preludes, near Walt Disney Theater. There was a nice backdrop of the Frozen scenery.

There was another Princess Group meeting on Wednesday afternoon, our At Sea Day. I think it was in the afternoon --- maybe 2:30??? Another Anna meeting on Wednesday, also, but I don't have the time.

We were so happy to have Princess Anna on the Dream......our 5 year old took her Princess Anna dress, and naturally wore it for Anna meeting. Princess Anna took her hands and said "now look at this -- we have the SAME dress --- isn't that crazy????" She was great. Our little one was over the moon.

Sure hope we get one of the Frozen characters on our cruise. Our girls would love it!

Elsa would end up freezing the ship-she can't be in the Caribbean. Don't you guys know anything???;)

I will be glad that DD8 can meet Anna. After the disappointment/insanity at Epcot that we felt in January, we will take what we can get!

Ummmm, she learned to control her powers... Didn't you watch the end of the movie????????? She'd totally be fine in the Caribbean. :flower3:

My favorite moment was when Anna asked me, right after I had taken a picture of her with my daughter, if I wanted to take a "selfie" with her. I was tempted to ask her what kind of social media the Princess of Arendale participated in, but didn't want to put her on the spot in front of the kids.

And before you ask, yes, this 41 year old dad who has never taken a "selfie" in his life, took one - she was just too charming to say "no" to.

I just need to decide if it's worth it to do just Anna on the ship or skip and try to meet both girls at Epcot. I wonder why it's hard to find Elsas.

Yes I have the same dilemma dd4 likes Elsa the best ( me too!) and dd9 likes Anna best. It would be great if they could add Elsa on the ship too....I have a feeling I won't be able to avoid the Epcot madness....

We are the Alaska cruise June 2 - I really hope Anna and Elsa are there! That would make my 3 girls happy!
