Princess and Tinkerbell!

So we just booked our trip for end of February and I just read that toontown is closing February 11th.....I am so disappointed
Does anyone know how hard it will be to find the princesses and tinkerbell tje end of February?? My girls will be heartbroken if they dont meet them.

Tink is rumored to be moving to DHS, for the princesses your best beat to meet the majority of them is to book a princess meal, Askerhus in Norway at Epcot has breakfast, lunch and dinner with princesses, there are usually 5 present. The meal is different from your everyday american fare and one of our favorite.

it's not a rumor, Tink (herself) will be at DHS. The fairies will reunite in Epcot later on for the flower and garden festival.

Toontown is closing permanently as it will be used for the Fantasyland expansion. Only the barnstormer will remain, although rethemed

I am sad to see it go. It says on the wdw website that the princesses and mickey will be around MK for meet/greets, which means there probably wont be a schedule and they will be hard to find
Last year we did CRT so I dont really feel like doing it again and my girls are 2 and 3 so I dont think they would get a lot from epcot where askerhus is or DHS where tink is. I dont understand how they can not have tink at MK for two years!! that seems crazy to me. Not sure what to do now. I must say I am disappointed. If our dates had been more flexible i would have gone now.

schedules aren't worth discussing. I think WDW is hoping for 2013, but the initial announcement said 2nd phase completion in 2014 and they've already been significantly behind schedule.

as for the meet & greets, there is a quasi-permanent location being put in at exposition hall. between Feb 12 and when it's ready, the characters will be at designated spots in the MK TBD. they will be no more difficult to find.

Also worth mentioning, you can meet princesses at Epcot. Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Jasmine, Mulan, Belle and sometimes Cinderella all appear daily in the world showcase.

The princesses will still be at MK just in a new location during the construction.

I had read that they are setting up meet and greets for Mickey and Minnie and the Princesses at Exposition Hall in MK to replace Toontown. You can also see the Princesses in the different countries in Epcot.
