Princess and the Frog free kids ticket

Guests at disneyworld are getting a special offer for the upcoming movie.

Here are the details on the flyer:

When guests 10 older enter a WALT DISNEY WORLD RESORT THEME PARK from Oct.5-Nov. 22 and present their vaild theme park ticket at one of the merhandise locations listed below they will receive a special offer card with deatils on how to get a certificate good for up to $8.00 toward the purchase of one child's movie ticket when they purchase an adult ticket to see the princess and the frog from dec.11-dec 31.

We were given ours when we bought our tickets at the maingate. But other stores in the parks have them as well.

We got ours at DLR in October. I've already redeemed for 2 coupons, they are printed and waiting for the show to open.

Not long at all... I just did a quick search and found them. took me less than 3 minutes to post them all. Of course I'm used to searching prior to posting a new thread.. but that's just me.

I pointed out that there are several other threads on it. as I stated before, a quick search (under 2 minutes, but 3 since I linked and posted them) would have yielded numerous other postings...

However, I bet you all will search next time, so consider my post a PSA on the powers of Searching...

Searching doesn't always work and sometimes takes an insane amount of time. The OP thought she was doing a service to the Dis community by posting something that will save others a little $$.

A lot of topics get post many, many times. If you've read it before don't click on the thread.

I totally agree.. don't read it if it's of no interest to you.

because folks are too lazy to either search or not realize it, or mods that don't care and allow things to get out of control. (Granted, search was down last week, so those folks get a free pass when it was down)

I'm a member of anotehr board that has more members than this, and was a Mod at another one too.. the 1st board makes it a point, by stickies and by large banners when you are on a baord telling you to search first.

IMO, it keeps things less cluttered, and concentrated. Of course you cannot always keep posting in the same 2 threads, but today i saw 4 thread on MindFlex in a row...

I totally agree.. don't read it if it's of no interest to you.

or maybe I COULD read it and point out there are others, while telling them to search next time in case they didn't know about Search... Maybe, they'll thank me for the usefullness of searching...

The fact that she could have searched other threads is not the point. It is the condescending attitude and the way you posted your reply. You did not mean for it to be informative. You meant for it to be demeaning. I really do not understand why some people feel they can treat others anyway they feel and not have consequences. We are all adults and realize you can search for a thread. Sorry that sometimes we do not think of it at the time. If you had politely pointed it out, there would not have been an issue.
