Primeval Whirl ?

I'm a little confused. Is it more like tea cups or tilt a whirl? I love tilt a whirl but I hate those tea cups. I'll be @ Disney in a couple weeks so it would be nice to know before I get on this ride.

I would say that it is like the Tilt-a-Whirl on a Mad Mouse track!!! The car doesn't keep spinning around like the Tea Cups. It will stop spinning, then start to drop and then spin, or start spinning just as you come to a corner and a drop.

One thing about this ride is that it's different every time you ride it, so one time it may seem lame and another time it'll feel like it's doing you in. I didn't mind it the first time we rode, because the spinning was intermittent. The second time we rode was a different story, we spun incessantly and it was extremely rough and uncomfortable. I didn't mind that we looked like we were going to go off the end of the track and I'm normally not sensitive to spinning, but this was rough and extremely uncomfortable. It doesn't make you belly laugh the way BTMRR, Space Mtn, Splash, and RNRC do. I'd think twice about going on this again.

Flyball is right.

This ride is different every time you ride it. It is one of the things I like about it. My family has ridden it many times and have had it not spin hardly at all an other times thought we were going to be tossed out. The first part of the ride the car is locked from spinning but after you climb the big hill and start the second 180* turn the car is free to spin. It just depends on how the car is loaded and how it happens to go into one of the 180 turns as to how much it will spin. But believe me if spinning is not your thing avoid this ride. If you thought it was lame try the ride again. It can be a real hoot.

It's like a Tilt-A-Whirl on a roller coaster track. I despise the tea cups but DD and I both LOVED PW. We went on several times right in a row and were no worse for wear.

I liked Dinosaur but, as others have said, it's VERY jerky.

PW is a wild mouse ride - but slightly tamer. It does spin, but not to the point that it made me nauseous. I ride it cuz my DGD likes it - it's ok, but not my favorite. I hated Dinosaur and won't be doing that one again. Once was enough. We're all different that's for sure.

Dinosaur is a little jerky but not too bad. A lot of fun, I wouldn't miss it unless absolutely necessary!

This is correct. Just went last week, rode this twice(in a row, what was I thinking). The first time I had my own seat and was thrown around a bit. The second time I was wedged in with my wife and this actually makes the ride better. Both times spun like mad the second half of the ride. I just made sure to focus on my feet to keep from getting sick.::yes::
