Anybody shed some enlightenment please on this ride?

Is it more a kiddies ride? or fun for us adults as well?

I like it's more of a family ride. However, my mom screams on it (but then again, she screams on the Barnstormer)

It's fun and relatively tame coaster, but it whips you around pretty good. I love it, but I know some people who were a little uncomfortable from the unexpected turns.

The ride type is referred to as a 'wild mouse coaster'. It will certainly whip you around quite a bit, and causes some to become disoriented. Give it a try, it is fun for both kids as well as adults! :thumbsup2

Hi there,
It's definately not a kiddie ride. There is a 48 inch height limit, so young kids are not allowed to ride.

It's a lot of fun, although it can be a bit rough. I usually get beat up on the ride. The spinning is my favorite. It's sort of like a tilt a whirl (only the spinning part).

My father's famous quote after riding this ride: "If I wanted to get my a@@ kicked, I would have paid a few guys in the parking lot"

Most of my family loves it tho!

:rotfl2: :lmao: Choice! I love it!!!

The ride is allot of fun, like a wild mouse coaster, but with spinning. Give it a go, you'll love the ride.

I took my 12 year old niece in June and after riding all the major rides (except RnR), I asked her what her favorite was, she said Primeval Whirl! I couldn't believe it!

So we went back one evening and did it again before closing! I was glad because we also took another ride on Expedition Everest!

I honestly have to say that I hated that ride. Sorry, you guys but that jerking and whipping around really hurt my back. I will never ride it again. Oh well, to each his own. :goodvibes

It does jerk you around quite a bit. Some spins also. My dd really liked it. She is 10. My ds and I didn't care for it at all. Too much jerking for our tastes!!

I guess it could be described as a Waltzer on a Tame Rollercoaster?

If that makes sense...

 Silly as it may be, I laughed harder on this ride than any other. The sudden turns just kept me giggling...and then it was even funnier when I staggered off of it. This ride was not on our "must do" list but it turned out to be a great surprise.

:lmao: Uh... so do I. :teeth:

I really hate, hate, hate coasters (check the tag). Did I say I hate them? :confused3 But I love this one. It has just enough thrill for us chickens, yet it is smooth and nonpukey. I tend to vomit quite easily. I was forced into trying it the first time and I have gone on voluntarily ever since.

I would rather not do "thrill" rides at all, but if I am forced to choose, this would be my ride of choice. My entire family loves it and I actually do the silly giggle every time I get off. Most everyone I see, leave with a big s**t-eatting grin.

My family loves it. We typically ride it 4 or 5 times each visit to the park. It does jerk you around but it's fun. I really don't like the teacups, but this one spins you just enough to make it fun.

Ha, me too. I get a great kick out of it. It's a pretty unique ride...it's not everyone's cup of tea though, but I really like it.

DITTO! My sentiments exactly!

OMG! I love Primeval Whirl. It's one of my favorite rides! And I'm 23. My sister also loved it and she's 27 (spinning rides also make her sick, but Primeval Whirl didn't bother her).
