It's possible they may be doing extended safety checks

PW was manufactured by a company that's no longer in business and parts are becoming extremely rare to non-existent. Parts that can't be sourced must be fabricated and some of them are to very strict tolerances. Expect even more downtime in the future until the ride is ultimately retired and replaced.

The new opening date is August 3rd, but I expect that to be moved further out, too.
