Prime Time Shuttle

We are thinking of using Prime Time Shuttle for our upcoming trip but I was looking at their reviews and most sites have 1-2 stars out of 5, but a lot of those were from years ago.

So, my question is... has anyone used them recently, in the last year or so, and how were they? Good, bad, meh? On-time or late? Please give me details. My husband is reluctant to use them over Uber because of the bad reviews. They are the cheaper option for our dates though.

I use Anaheim Town Car Services and have for years. It's great, but it might be more expensive than other options.
