Prime Rib for Dinner?

We want to treat my Mom to dinner on our first night as it will be her birthday. Her favorite is Prime Rib. We will be staying at the Beach Club but will not have Hoppers our first night. I was thinking of either Yachtsman Steakhouse or Shula's? Which one is better? I have heard Shula's is noisy though. Any comments?

Yachtsman without a doubt. I have been to both and Yachtsman hands down. Depending how much you plan on spending, you should look into the Disney Dining Experience (good for 20% at nearly all WDW restuarants).

Actually, YSH is noiser than Shula's. Shula's has a "mens club" look and feel about it, and no childrens menu. More kids are found at YSH and that tends to increase the "activity".
Both are fine spots. I had the Prime Rib at YSH a few years back and it was great. I just read a review on Shula's on the boards where someone had the Prime Rib there--think they said it was the very best they'd ever had.

that would be me:

Shula's was not noisy at all when we were there. The atmosphere could be fairly described as 'mens club', with few (if any) children to be seen. I would think that is a big reason for the lack of noise, compared to YSH.
The prime rib I had was a 32 oz. bone-in, with a spice (flavorful, not hot) and herb crust. It was out of this world. Absolutely the best I have had. No doubt.
If you are focusing on prime rib, you can't go wrong by eating there.

Have to say the best Prime Rib I have tasted on property is at Concourse Steakhouse. I know Shulas is wonderful but until they take DDE I wont be visiting, just too expensive.
