Pricing ? at Build-a-Bear and Lego store in DD

I'm not as familiar with standard Build-a-Bear pricing, but I think they are normal, and they even seem to run the same "sales" as other Build-a-Bear locations. Lego prices at the Lego store match Lego's list prices. Legos in WoD and inside the parks are sold at significant mark-up though, so don't buy them there.

My son (in my opinion) is too old for BAB but has recently decided he wants to get another one. I'm thinking instead I'll just let him get a Disney outfit or two (we so do not need more stuffed animals in the house!)

Definitely been there. My other strategy was to take him to the Lego store first so we would run out of money before getting to BAB.

We were there this weekend.

I think the pricing is similar to the mall. I'm sure I saw regular bears in the $10-12 range.

Of course, my son wanted the Mickey-ears dog, which was $24. It is pretty cute though. It's name is "Magic".

BABWS in DTD is priced the same as elsewhere. If your son thinks he wants a new bear or outfits, take him to Ridemakerz next door to BABWS. It is similar in concept but it is all about the cars. You can go remote control or just for show. Lots to choose from. It is a fairly new concept from the same people that brought you BABWS.

There are some DTD exclusive items at BABWS and there are also some DTD exclusive bears there too.

We picked up a couple of Build a bear gift cards from Costco for one of our trips. Saved a few $$.

We hit both BABW and Lego when we were there. Kids loved both and we spent plenty of money at both LOL

Now have to go back to just check out UPSTAIRS!!!

It is only in the blue bear toy. We got some other ones since then and the do not have coupons. At least at the McDs around us.

Prices at BABW are the same. Remember they have lots of exclusive Disney stuff (clothes and a dog now) you can also buy the "skin" of the animal and stuff it later at a Babw near your home, if you have one, to save suitcase room. I know it's hard to get kids to wait though.
