prices on the new CR villas?

Does anyone know the prices for the Contemporary Villas yet?

Studio?
One Bedroom?
two bedroom?

I doubt they will be open to the public for bookings initially..but if they are their prices will be high.Figure a 1 bdr villas at BCv is $450 per night it would have to be on par or higher given its proximity to MK and the fact that it is new.

They don't open until Sept 1. You can look at the WDW website closer to Sept to see what they might cost.

Well even if non DVC members can not stay there after it opens don't they still need to list the prices on the WDW website for the future, when non DVC members will eventually get to stay there?

Actually, there should be more availability to the public when they first open because all of the rooms will not be declared to DVC inventory. I'd be surprised if half of the rooms are declared by September with this economy.

I agree, he beginning will be the easiest time to get cash rooms. Magic Kingdom rooms will be a bit harder I would think.

I asked DVC Member Services when the cash rates would be available for BLT and was told that they'd be out on 1st March when bookings start for the resort.

My guess is that, a 1 bed Savannah view at AKV in regular season is $580 and I think they'll be around that price or higher.
